Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but it depens! The EU have made it impossible for me to ship to countries in the EU, Norway and Northern Ireland. As of 13th December, the EU are bringing in new regulations to curb the import of products outside of the EU. Any individual and businesses wishing to sell to European customers not only need an offical EU-based office or representative, they also need to abide by many new and extensive safety and packaging regulations. If I do not comply, I will have to face life-changing fines. Therefore, I unfortunately have to halt any orders for the EU, Norway and Northern Ireland after December 1st. If an order from these countries comes through, I will have to cancel and refund your money.

Please note, international customers ordering elsewhere may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country such as handling fees. The customer is responsible for paying these fees and I cannot verify what they will be prior to shipping. Please be aware that this may delay the arrival of your order. These fees must be paid in order to receive your parcel. I cannot refund your money if you have changed your mind after I have dispatched your order.

International orders will be dispatched to Royal Mail and Tracked for peace of mind. International orders can take up to 21 business days to arrive during the Christmas season. Please wait 21 business days before contacting me about missing orders.


When will I receive my order?

Your order will be dispatched to Royal Mail within 5 business days from when the order was made.
If you're ordering from the UK, your order will be shipped 1st Class and take 1-3 business days to arrive.
If you're ordering Internationally, every order is Tracked and will take up to 21 business days to be shipped to you.


I received the wrong item/an item is missing!

Whoops! Sorry about that! Mistakes can happen sometimes as I'm the only one who is packing, dispatching, handling customer service, and all my other roles and responsibilities. If this happens, let me know by sending me a message through the Contact page. I will send you a replacement as soon as possible. Thank you for understanding!


I want to cancel an order!

If you wish to cancel an order, please let me know through the Contact page as soon as possible. If the order hasn't been dispatched yet, I will process a refund
